After our initial meeting, we then start the planning process. These include the positioning of pathways, driveways, patios, planting beds & retaining walls etc. With this architectural footprint, we are able to give you a visual representation of the finished result, before we even start building.

By having the vision on paper, we are able to portray what we are planning to build to you. It also gives us the chance to iron out any detail wrinkles and check everything fits with in your budget.

How much does a landscape design cost?

We provide on site consultations for a fee of $195, and our 2D drawings start at $650, these services come with a colour printed or digital copy and a quote with detailed breakdown of our prices. We also offer 3D designs starting at $1500, but are based on the property and the size of the project.

What is the process for creating a landscape design?

Phase 1 – On site consultation

  • Initial Meet and Greet
  • Discuss all areas of install, and how we can possibly make the plan better.
  • Provide proof that we are the right company for you.
  • Decide if both parties would like to continue to Phase 2.

Phase 2 – Concept discussion

  • Meeting with a detailed plan.
  • Consider constraints, requirements, ideas, options & materials.
  • Explain Contract, payment methods, warranties.
  • Agree a date to start your new outdoor space

Phase 3 – Project completion

  • Call Nanaimo BC one call and Mark out utilities
  • String out property lines
  • Create the vision.
  • Constant communication on progress and any issues as they occur.

Phase 4 – Walkthrough and Q & A

With this process, we are able to keep you included every step of the way. By doing this, once we are finished you have all the knowledge and tools to look after the completed landscape yourself. We will give you a detailed walk through of your sprinkler system clock and lighting package, so you can control your new outdoor space, at the push of a button.
