After our initial meeting, we then create computer-generated drawings. These include the positioning of pathways, driveways, patios, planting beds & retaining walls etc. With this architectural drawing we are able to give you a visual representation of the finished installation, before we even start building.
By using an architectural drawing, we are able to portray our ideas to you. It also gives us the chance to iron out any detail wrinkles and check everything fits with in your budget.

1. On-site Consultation
- Initial Meet and Greet
- Discuss all angles of installation, and how we can possibly make the design better.
- Provide proof that we are the right company for you.
- Decide if both parties would like to continue to Step 2.
2. Concept DIscussion
- Meeting with a detailed plan.
- Consider constraints, requirements, ideas, options & materials.
- Explain Contract, payment methods, warranties.
- Agree a date to start Installation
3. Concept Installation
- Call Nanaimo BC one call and Mark out utilities
- String out property lines
- Project installation.
- Constant communication on progress and any issues as they occur.
4. Installation Completion
With this process, we are able to keep you included every step of the way. By doing this, once we are finished you have all the knowledge and tools to look after the completed landscape design yourself. We will give you a detailed walk through of your sprinkler system clock and lighting package, so you can control your new concept at the push of a button.
