This property was transformed into the homeowner’s dream home. It had been over run with perennials and shrubs and we transformed it into a low-maintenance back yard for relaxing. A beautiful modern upgrade that incorporates brick pavers, beautiful borders and flower beds. This concept was comprised of geometric shapes, small minimalist planting, synthetic turf and hardscaping.

Concept Breakdown:

Obstacles to overcome:

  • Detailed drainage system – Deal with surface water and drainage around the property
  • Elevations and grading – Adjust grades to work with large tree and roots on neighbors property
